During the sales event (Friday, November 21, from 11 am to 7 pm and Saturday, November 22, from 10 am to 4 pm), you can check out tons of fantastic works by professional artists—paintings, graphics, sculptures, and other visual art! There is something for everyone here, whether you are an art collector, a culture lover, or looking for a unique Christmas gift. The works are on display in different spaces: in Kammio, 1st floor, and in Itikka, 2nd floor, as well as Parsi art rental shop, 1st floor.
Admission to the exhibitions at Kunsthalle Seinäjoki is free on Saturday. The exhibition space Halli holds Tiina Laasonen’s exhibition I Know the Tree That Grew Up and the exhibition space Vintti holds Sarah Nakiito’s and Liisa-Irmelen Liwata’s exhibition Still I Rise. We will raise the Christmas spirit on Saturday, November 22, from 10 am to 3 pm during the MUU-Christmas event at Kalevan Navetta. The event includes Christmas design sales, workshops for adults and children, art, music, and flavors that will take you straight to the heart of Christmas.
Come and get inspired!
22.11. Program
10 a.m.–12 p.m. Community art project: Blooming Snow (Taidelainaamo Parsi, 1st floor)

Welcome to Art for Christmas – panel to hear and discuss what local art means and how you can buy unique art for yourself or as a gift! In the panel discussion, local artists will talk about their work and sources of inspiration in South Ostrobothnia and present their works and the stories behind them. The discussion will be moderated by Laura Laukkanen, art curator at Kunsthalle Seinäjok. At the event, you will also learn what is Art Lending Parsi and how you can easily lend or purchase art through it. Come meet the artists and find a wonderful art gift for Christmas!
